I’ve just started a subscription with Flying Vinyl, when will I receive my first box?
Thanks for signing up with us! You will be billed upon sign-up for your first month's subscription box which will be shipped straight away and then on the same day each month with boxes shipped on the 22nd of each month.
I live outside of the UK; can I still subscribe?
We absolutely deliver outside of the UK; our European monthly fee is 30 Euro’s per month and our international fee is $35 per month including shipping. Please do bear in mind that delivery times will be longer overseas.
How can I change my delivery address?
You can login to your account on our site and updated it yourself or feel free to drop us an email at email@example.com and we can get this sorted for you at our end!
I’ve recently changed cards; how can I update my payment details?
Once you login to your Flying Vinyl account on our website you can update payment information there.
I’d like to temporarily pause my subscription and come back next month, is it possible to put the account on hold?
No problem at all, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get the account suspended for you. When you’re ready to get going again, just send us a quick email and we can get the account
I want to cancel my subscription; how do I go about doing this?
Very sorry to hear that you will be leaving us, feel free to drop us an email at email@example.com and we will get the account cancelled as soon as we can. Please do bear in mind that when cancelling a day before the billing date that we may not see the email in time before the billing is taken. We are always happy to refund when this occurs.
I’d like to order a specific back issue, where can I find these?
All of our available back issues are available to purchase from our Flying Vinyl Store, which you can access by clicking 'Store' on the toolbar of our site.
There is a specific monthly box I want to buy, but there are none available on the Store. Will there be re-pressings of the back issues in the future?
Unfortunately, we do not repress past editions- once they’re gone they’re gone!
My records have been damaged in the post, is it possible to get these replaced?
It doesn’t happen very often but we aware that damages can of course happen in transit. If for some reason you are unhappy with the condition of your order, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damage and we will get the order replaced for you as soon as possible!
My order hasn’t arrived yet and it should have, what should I do?
Firstly, if this is your first box with us it is always worth checking when your first billing was. Every month we aim to dispatch around the 21st/22nd of the month, so if you have been billed this month then the box should reach you towards the end of that month (customers at UK addresses.) Please do bear in mind that delivery times will be longer overseas. If you are concerned that your order is missing, feel free to get in touch with us at email@example.com or via social media messages.
I’d like to suggest a band for the box, how do I go about submitting?
